For every session of the SC General Assembly since 1985, SC BIPEC has used roll call votes and bill sponsorships on business and industry issues to calculate a vote score for every member of the South Carolina General Assembly.  Accountability and transparency have been goals and hallmarks of SC BIPEC Member and BIPEC research since 1985.  Analysis of these recorded votes provide a quantitative measure of the support for business and industry issues in the General Assembly by every member of the Senate and House.
